I was city-strolling with Ben when we passed hundreds of private school boys from Newington College swarming out of Sydney Town Hall. He presented such a contrast in his neo-rockstar androgynous uniform (of course cigarette included), to the homogenous grey provided by the school boy pack and the turned down noses of the parents. Not very happy with my image, but the moment was great and I didnt have much film left. (dust all over my scanner, poor of me I apologise)

I got image of the week at photography and mash with a non analogue image (which is why I cant post it on this blog - strictly analogue only) that I took from the top of the Pompidou in Paris in 2008. During this visit I was experimenting with not taking photos at all, but replacing this instead by writing detailed descriptions of scenes and places as though I were taking portraits. This photo was one of four images I captured in 2 months or so.
